**What will you do?**:

- **Leadership & Mentorship**: Lead and mentor a team of engineers, providing guidance on professional development and technical skills.
- **Project Management**: Oversee the planning, design, and execution of engineering projects. Ensure that the team delivers projects on time and within scope.
- **Technical Expertise**: Provide technical direction and contribute to the architecture and development of solutions.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to align the engineering team’s work with business objectives.
- **Code Review & Quality Assurance**: Ensure high-quality code by conducting code reviews and promoting best practices in software development, including testing, security, and performance optimization.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying and implementing process and product enhancements.
- **Team Building**: Support recruitment, hiring, and onboarding of new engineers. Develop a cohesive, high-performing engineering team.

**Who are we looking for?**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 5+ years of hands-on software engineering experience, with 2+ years in a leadership role.
- **Technical Expertise**: Strong proficiency in Laravel 5+, PHP7+, and Vue.js or similar technologies. Experience with system architecture and design.
- **Leadership Skills**: Proven track record of leading teams and driving results in an agile environment.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- **Problem-Solving**: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on delivering balanced solutions.
- **Keep learning**: learn new technologies and don’t be afraid of trying something new.
- **Speak fluent English** and be a team member.
