**Your Role**:
As a Regional Lean Manager, you will play a pivotal role in implementing and overseeing Lean methodologies and best practices within our organization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and sustain a culture of continuous improvement, waste reduction, and operational excellence. Your expertise will be critical in enhancing productivity, reducing costs, and elevating customer satisfaction throughout our regional operations.
- Program management of Lean 2.0 Deployment plan across specific nominated EMEA sites (multiple sites).
- Ensure plans, activities are aligned with business and plant needs and Drive standard work to follow up and review site progress on Lean 2.0.
- Communicate Lean 2.0 progress, plans and roadblocks to agreed cadence.
- Provide coaching and support to Regional staff, Plant Leadership teams and plant lean leaders (EMEA).
- Support and develop lean capability of plant lean leader across all plants, wider Improvement Capabilities, and contribute to achieving business KPIs.
- Deploy and train Lean 2.0 Modules throughout the 5 phased deployment model.
- Prepare and lead periodic central maturity assessments and follow up on improvement activities.
**Your Background**:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, or a related discipline. Master's degree preferred.
- 10 to 13 years of experience with at least 5 years of experience in Lean implementation, Lean Six Sigma, process improvement, or related roles, with a proven track record of driving positive results.
- Demonstrated experience in change management, leading cross-functional teams, and achieving operational excellence.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data-driven insights to make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively collaborating with individuals at all levels of the organization.
- Project management expertise, including the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and engage different level of management
- Willingness to travel as required to various regional locations.
