**FP&A Controller (M/F)**

A HR Partner é uma empresa de Recrutamento Especializado, que trabalha diretamente com o cliente final. O nosso cliente é uma empresa multinacional líder no setor onde opera e numa ótica de crescimento está atualmente à procura de um Financial Controller para integrar equipa em Lisboa.

**Descrição da Função**:

- _Reporting_ mensal, trimestral e anual da empresa;
- Implementação de melhorias ao nível de processos de _reporting_;
- Análise de Investimentos em CAPEX e OPEX;
- Identificar oportunidades de melhorias de rentabilidade e/ou poupança de custos;
- Controlar, averiguar e criar métricas financeiras e não financeiras da atividade da empresa;
- Criar Budgets e _Forecasts_, com análises de vários e diferentes cenários, preditivas e de tendência, acompanhar a sua execução, analisar os desvios e margens;
- Analisar a performance dos canais de vendas, rentabilidade e _churn_ e comparar com a tendência histórica;
- Participar no desenvolvimento das políticas de remuneração variável das equipas de vendas;
- Apoiar a implementação de uma política de _Business Inte_
- Transformar os dados da atividade da empresa em insights mensuráveis;
- Apoio diverso aos diferentes departamentos com a produção de análises pontuais;
- Interagir com os mais diversos _stakeholders_ internos e externos.

**Perfil do Candidato**:

- Formação superior na área Financeira;
- Experiência de 2 a 3 anos em funções de FP&A (eliminatório);
- Experiência anterior em funções de Auditoria Externa e FP&A (preferencial);
- Sólidos conhecimentos de Microsoft Excel;
- Experiência com PowerQuery, PowerPivot e PowerBI (preferencial);
- Inglês Fluente;
- Excelentes competências analíticas, de organização, estruturação e método;
- Boa capacidade de relacionamento interpessoal e de trabalho em equipa;
- Elevado sentido de responsabilidade, autonomia e proatividade.

Pagamento: De 1 800,00€ por mês
