- Capital Markets (c. 700 people) is the entity of CIB providing a wide range of financing solutions for large Corporates: Debt financing (Structured Loans and Bonds), Equity financing (IPO, Right Issues, etc.), Real Assets financing (Project Finance, Export, Aviation, Shipping and Real Estate), Syndicate and Securitization (ABS, CLO, CMBS, among others)
- Equity Capital Markets (ECM) provides advice to corporate and institutional clients on the capital market, including advice on options for going public, raising capital and the market for their equity and equity-linked instruments with an understanding of overall capital structure and requirements in the light of prevailing economic, business and market conditions

**Your Main Activities Are**
- Know Your Customer
- Initiation and follow-up of Know Your Customer requests and client on-boarding
- Internal Control Systems
- Booking of transactions in internal systems reflecting the main features of the transactions
- Supporting document retention
- Risk Management Systems
- Administering the ECM approval committees
- Preparing approval committee minutes
- Help maintain and update internal policies and procedures
- Assist in implementation and monitoring of new or updated risk policies
- Management Information Systems
- Assisting in maintenance of workflow and pipeline tools
- Assistance with preparation of internal reports for ECM and other bank constituencies
- Help build and maintain the ECM website, team online space and sharepoint pages
- Support other ad hoc projects as needed
- Liaise with IT and other stakeholders for improvement of ECM tools
- Assist in testing updated tools

**Profile and Skills to Success**
- Bachelor Degree in Law, Finance or Business School
- Fluent level of English, both written and oral, is mandatory
