**About the job Associate Product Manager - Product Consideration**:
**We’re looking for an Associate Product Manager within the Product Consideration area, reporting into the Head of Product - Product Consideration. The Product Consideration subdomain’s mission is to make SELECTING desired items much easier. Arm the customer with highly relevant product information and provide a contextually appropriate and luxurious presentation of the product to enable decision making.**:
**Who you are**:
- You have a passion for understanding and tackling customer needs and problems;
- A strong interest and understanding of consumer-facing digital products (websites, apps,), the metrics that drive those products and related industry trends
- Awareness of the luxury market is preferable
- Ability to understand and discuss technical concepts;
- Ability to assimilate, sort through, and aggregate information quickly and effectively;
- Active listener, with good interaction with teammates and partners;
- Able to adapt to a very fast-paced and consistently growing and changing environment;
- Proficiency in English.
**What you'll do**:
- Work with your product peers to understand the context and product thinking behind your specialised area of product;
- Immerse yourself in customer research insights and maintain market knowledge for your area of focus;
- Work with Product managers, designers and researchers to translate customer needs to user stories and acceptance criteria, ensuring our products are developed in line with those stories and products are of high quality;
- Provides operational support to the product managers, liaising daily with engineering to ensure the timely delivery of our products
- Supports the development of a roadmap anchored towards championing the customer and delivering business value;
- Supports the development of business cases or customer opportunities and feature development within your sub-domain;
- Effectively prioritise against multiple factors, balancing development between new, iteration, innovation and maintenance;
- Partner with product analytics and research teams to test product success through qualitative and quantitative means and monitor ongoing performance via health metrics.
