If you're ready to take the next step in your **Project Management career**, this role is for you **Your Role**: Lead and support **IT projects** from planning to delivery, ensuring deadlines and goals are met. Use **productivity & workload tools** (Microsoft Planner, Jira, Trello, or similar) to track tasks, resources, and progress. Collaborate with **cross-functional teams** (developers, QA, stakeholders) to keep projects aligned and on track. Identify risks, solve bottlenecks, and communicate updates clearly to all stakeholders. Work in a **hybrid model (3 days on-site a week**). **What We're Looking For**: **4+ years of experience** in IT project coordination or junior PM roles. Familiarity with **project management tools** (Planner, Asana, ClickUp, etc.). Strong **organizational & communication skills**-you keep teams moving forward. Basic understanding of **IT workflows** (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall is a plus).
