We are currently looking for a **Piping QC Inspector.**

**Location**: Sines, Portugal

**Work Modality**: On-site

**_Responsibilities:_**
- Supervise surface preparation activities (abrasive blasting, degreasing, profiling) ensuring compliance with standards.
- Inspect procedures and international standards (ISO 12944, NACE, SSPC, ASTM).
- Perform tests: roughness, adhesion, relative humidity, dew point, and curing time.
- Record material traceability and prepare detailed inspection reports.
- Identify and report non-conformities and coordinate corrective measures.
- Review and approve inspection procedures and plans (ITP).
- Ensure compliance with project safety and environmental regulations.

**_ Requirements:_**

**Education**:

- Technical degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or a related field.

**Experience**:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Piping QC Inspector in industrial projects (preferably Oil & Gas, Energy, or Hydrogen).
- Proven experience in supervising welding and pressure testing.

**Certifications**:

- Certification in Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) Level II (VT, PT, MT, UT, or RT).
- Welding inspection certification (CWI, CSWIP, or equivalent).
- Solid knowledge of international standards: ASME, API, EN.

**Languages**:

- Fluent English (spoken and written).
- Portuguese is a plus.
