Credit & Collections Specialist with Italian

Our client is based in Porto and it's one of the biggest multinationals in the wholesale and retail sector.
Tasks
**In your day-to-day**:
\- You will handle the collection of receivables by working closely with the customers and other finance teams
\- You will resolve cases of non-payment (problem solving and root cause analysis)
\- You will follow up on overdue invoices with customers, collection agencies and end consumers
\- You will manage customer relationships
\- You will regularly assess & review the credit risk on the customer
\- You will support the implementation of ongoing projects for Credit and Collections
\- You will ensure the lowest possible write off for uncollectible balances
**Requirements**:
**You're the person we're looking for if**:
\- You have at least 2 years of experience in a similar field
\- You’re fluent in Italian and English
\- You have a good Financial Acumen
\- You have experience with SAP
\- You have experience in a Shared Service environment or similar
\- You’re detail-oriented and results-driven
\- You have great problem-solving and analytical skills
\- You have a University degree
\- You have a theoretical understanding of Credit and Collections
\- You're available to travel when requested
