**Your new role**:
The Expert Reporting position is part of the reporting team, which is responsible for the implementation of the reporting strategy and contributing towards the achievement of digitalization strategy in finance;
To implement the ambitious projects within the department. Reports to the Senior Expert of the reporting team. Implement the reporting strategy defined by diverse business units including manufacturing, commercial and research and development;
To ensure a swift implementation of requested reports and dashboards;
Safeguard the reporting library, advising other departments and avoiding duplication or inefficiency in report creation, being a champion of standardization where possible;
Identify and anticipate the needs of our customers, continuously offering suggestions to improve developed reports and Dashboards;
Develop and maintain reports and templates, maintain library, maintain master data for reporting tools;
Conduct benchmarking;
Publish and distribute reports in collaboration with group controlling;
Support reporting automation initiatives as project members;
Identify reporting requirements for new reporting solutions and perform product testing;
Provide recommendation for changes to reporting repository and interact with Controlling Process & Project Management to define relevant use cases based on experience from interaction with countries for new tools and reports;
Ensure adherence to agreed-upon KPIs.
**What you need to be successful**:
Professional degree in Business Administration, Finance, Data Science or similar;
4+ years of experience in a complex professional financial support position, preferably in Controlling or Reporting;
Ideally experience in a pharma context;
Demonstrable experience designing and implementing reporting and dashboards through Qliksense (is a plus); Other relevant IT Skills: Alteryx;
Strong written and verbal English skills.
