No âmbito do desenvolvimento das suas operações, o** Grupo ACA **pretende reforçar o seu Departamento de Comunicação e Marketing com a contratação de um:
**Marketing & Communication Specialist - Vila Nova de Famalicão (M/F)**

**Principais responsabilidades**:

- Conceber e criar materiais gráficos (impressos e digitais) alinhados com a identidade visual da marca;
- Desenvolver layouts, ilustrações, gráficos e outros elementos visuais para campanhas de marketing internas e externas;
- Estabelecer cronogramas, definir objetivos claros e monitorizar o progresso de todos os projetos em curso;
- Coordenar os trabalhos com as equipas internas e externas, garantindo o cumprimento dos prazos e o alcance dos objetivos estabelecidos;
- Desenvolver e implementar estratégias de comunicação que reforcem a marca e aumentem a visibilidade no mercado;
- Criar campanhas publicitárias e conteúdos para redes sociais;
- Garantir a consistência das mensagens em todos os canais de comunicação;

**Perfil Pretendido**:

- Formação académica em Design Gráfico ou área relevante para a função;
- Experiência profissional mínima de 3 anos em design gráfico e gestão de projetos de marketing e experiência comprovada na coordenação e execução de campanhas de marketing e comunicação;
- Domínio do Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) e outras ferramentas de design gráfico;
- Conhecimento de estratégias de marketing digital, SEO, SEM e gestão de redes sociais;
- Conhecimentos de ferramentas analíticas (Google Analytics, entre outras) para monitorizar o desempenho de campanhas;
- Conhecimentos da língua inglesa (preferencial);
- Mentalidade aberta e criativa;
- Excelente capacidade de comunicação, organização e rigor;
- Grande capacidade de trabalho em equipa;
- Disponibilidade para deslocações nacionais e internacionais sempre que necessário (obrigatório);
