**German-speaking Customer Service Delight for Philip Morris in Lisbon**
Philip Morris is looking for German speakers with excellent communication skills and a customer-centric mindset to join their Customer Service team in Lisbon. Your relocation will be organized by the employer.
**About the Company**:
Philip Morris is one of the most successful companies in the world, with products sold in over 180 countries. They are currently developing smoke-free products that are a better choice than cigarette smoking.
**The Profile**:
- You are fluent in German and proficient in English (A2)
- You have excellent communication skills
- You are open to learn everything about customer care
- You are able to work 40 hours a week in rotating shifts
- You are happy to live in Lisbon
- Some experience in a call center is nice to have, but not mandatory
**Your responsibilities**:
- You will professionally answer to customer questions and concerns
- You will surprise your customers and exceeded the customer’s expectations with your knowledge about their requirements
- You will identify, analyze and solve technical problems of customers
- You will keep yourself updated about the company’s products and services
