- Make the future a reality: You will develop high-performance and robust sensors for integration into the latest ADAS systems.
- Take responsibility: You will be responsible for the project Manager for PCN/PTN activities. You will be responsible for homologation process updates and change management work. You will be the knowledge reference at our location, and be the interface between the worldwide development teams and our plant engineering collaborators. You will also be a part of a dynamic international team, from which you can share, learn and be a part of the development cycle of the latest ADAS technologies.
- Advanced Problem Solving Skills: You will be responsible for leading problem-solving actions, as well as starting and execute in department analysis tasks. You will manage the team responsible for each change

Experience and Competences:
- Required:
- Be part of the Project Management team of XC-AD in Braga.
- Manage Series Care for Radar GEN5 products, as part XC-AD development team after QGC5.
- Present and report results to the top-management/ change management board in regards to the execution ofthe initiatives.
- Perform together with the project teams risk management regarding technical changes.
**Education**:
- Masters's degree in Engineering or Management;
- Good skills in project management.
- Strong technical background in regards to product development and product industrialization.
- Strong communication skills with a critical and creative spirit;
- High-cost awareness in regard to PPC and EBIT;
- Knowledge of problem-solving tools;
- Excellent negotiation skills and decision making;
- Good ability to work in a team and under pressure;
- Good capacity for planning, communication, leadership skills, and coordination;
- High dynamism, initiative, and sense of responsibility;
- Knowledge BES (Bosch Engineering System) and PEP (Product Engineering Process);
- PM fundamentals I and II training;
- 4 years of professional experience or two years of PM experience;
- Fluent English communication (spoken and written);
- Natural willingness to step ahead and take the lead.
