With a diverse fleet and a commitment to exceptional service, we cater to private and corporate clients, creating unique moments on the water.

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Booking and Client Manager to join our team at The Ocean Week. This role is pivotal in ensuring our clients enjoy seamless booking experiences and personalized service, from initial inquiry to post-event follow-up.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Client Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for all clients, providing professional, friendly, and prompt communication.
- Booking Management: Oversee the end-to-end booking process, including inquiries, reservations, confirmations, and modifications.
- Event Coordination: Work closely with clients to understand their needs and tailor experiences, ensuring all details are captured and executed.
- Collaboration: Liaise with internal teams (e.g., operations, crew, catering, sales and marketing) to ensure flawless service delivery.
- Upselling Services: Introduce clients to additional offerings such as catering, DJs, water sports equipment, and photographers to enhance their experience.
- Issue Resolution: Address and resolve any client concerns or issues efficiently and professionally.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and client communications in the CRM system.
- Feedback Management: Gather client feedback post-event to continuously improve service quality.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in booking management, client relations, or a related role in hospitality, travel, or events.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in booking management platforms.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Portuguese, Spanish) are a plus.
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
