Esta é uma posição a full-time em Lisboa - Portugal. Como ilustrador 2D, irás trabalhar em um ambiente com pessoas apaixonadas por criar grandes obras de arte, deverás aceitar críticas construtivas muito bem e ser capaz de concluir tarefas dentro dos prazos atribuídos. Ter um portfólio em ilustração é fundamental.

**Requisitos**:
✔️ Excelente ilustração e habilidade em contar histórias com um olho para a perspectiva, cor, iluminação, humor e composição;
✔️ Conhecimentos avançados de Adobe Photoshop;
✔️ Sólida base na arte tradicional, como desenho de figuras, desenho industrial e pintura de paisagem;
✔️ Experiência de trabalho em uma ampla variedade de estilos, mas também capaz de trabalhar dentro de um gênero estabelecido;
✔️ Sólidos conhecimentos em anatomia e movimento corporal;
✔️ Criatividade excepcional e um compromisso muito forte com projetos;
✔️ Automotivado - requer direção mínima, pode levar adiante uma visão até a sua conclusão e se comprometer com os prazos;
✔️ Boas habilidades de comunicação - capaz de ajudar os outros e pedir ajuda quando necessário. Ser proativo no compartilhamento de informações e ativos;
✔️ Grande atitude em equipe - sendo flexível com novas ideias, aberto a direcionamentos e mudanças. Capaz de ouvir os companheiros de equipe;
✔️ Orientado a prazos - capaz de gerenciar e organizar o trabalho de forma que cumpra todos os prazos e seja capaz de se ajustar quando as mudanças acontecem.

DESEJÁVEL:
✔️ Graduação em arte ou similar;
✔️ Experiência na indústria de games;
✔️ Experiência em posição semelhante;
✔️ PAIXÃO EM CRIAR JOGOS e game services.

AS TUAS **Funções**:
✔️ Criação de ilustrações de alta qualidade em colaboração com outros artistas da equipe;
✔️ Responsável por ideias originais e composição de ilustrações;
✔️ Manter o pipeline de produção e cumprir prazos;
✔️ Seguir as orientações e manter um estilo coerente;
✔️ Responsabilidades adicionais podem ser atribuídas conforme necessário.

PROCESSO SELETIVO:
O processo de seleção passa obrigatoriamente por um teste prático e entrevista.
