Estamos a recrutar um Office Manager (M/F) para a sede no Porto.
**Algumas tarefas**:
Assegurar a organização de todas as atividades e aspetos que facilitem o bom funcionamento das instalações, de maneira a garantir que todos possam trabalhar de forma eficiente, num ambiente agradável e seguro;
Acolher, conduzir e orientar os visitantes, por forma a transmitir simpatia e profissionalismo;
Gestão do economato;
Organização de viagens e estadias;
Supervisionar a manutenção e limpeza das instalações;
Assegurar a abertura da correspondência recebida, fotocópia dos documentos, e distribuição pelos respetivos departamentos.
**Importante possuir**:
Formação em secretariado e área administrativa;
Experiência mínima de 2 anos em funções similares;
Domínio Microsoft Office;
Organização e metodologia no trabalho;
Boa capacidade de análise, resolução de problemas e relacionamento interpessoal;
Boas competências de comunicação;
**Imprescindível**:
Elevado sentido de responsabilidade;
Compromisso;
Flexibilidade;
Teamwork.
