**What role will you play?**
Incident Management - Provider Controlling.
End-to-end customer experience providing a single point-of-contact.

**We are looking for**:

- Fluent in English (required).
- Experience in Help Desk / Application Support including handling with Incident Management Tools.
Experience in provider-based services is a plus (SaaS).
- Relevant ServiceNow experience is a plus
- Problem solving and research skills.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to build a positive relationship with partners to achieve a common goal.
- Proactive in the ability to tackle problems and think analytically.
- Experience with Microsoft Office.
- IT Infrastructure library (ITIL) certification is a plus.
- Ability to learn customer support processes and techniques.
- Great teammate and proactivity.
