**What you will do**:
- Interact with senior stakeholders at our clients on regular basis to drive their business towards impactful change.
- Become the go-to person for end-to-end data handling, management, and analytics processes.
- Lead your team in creating the pipeline for Data management, data visualization, and analytics products, including automated services, and APIs.
- Working with Data Scientists to take data throughout its lifecycle - acquisition, exploration, data cleaning, integration, analysis, interpretation, and visualization.

**What you’ll bring**:
- 5+ years of experience in data science or advanced analytics, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Master’s degree in Data Science, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven track record of delivering impactful data science solutions in a retail, wholesale, or omnichannel environment.
- Strong technical foundation in Python, PySpark, and ML libraries (e.g. scikit-learn, XGBoost, LightGBM), with hands-on experience in cloud platforms like Azure or AWS.
- Experience with MLOps tools such as MLflow and Git, and familiarity with data pipeline orchestration in Databricks or similar environments.
- Deep understanding of statistical methods and experimental design (e.g. A/B testing, hypothesis testing).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
- Nice to Have:
- Experience in the fashion industry.
- Background in international, consultancy, or start-up environments.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and cross-functional team collaboration.
