**Your Main Activities Are**

AI and Data Management Project management:
Help Drive AI Projects related to automatization of pricings for Structured Products

Engage with the sales teams to collect feedbacks and areas of improvement

Understand client requests and help improve the AI translator abilities

Troubleshoot errors

Help develop tools to process and analyse large amounts of unstructured data for monitoring purposes

Read model calibration results and be able to have a critical opinion

Produce KPIs on the project status for top management

Business Support:
Investigate and resolve issues across all BNP Paribas electronic products and services, ensuring a quick and effective resolution

Ensure clients are connected, having the ability to price and to trade at all times

Using data-mining analysis tools to identify issues

Provide business support & training to several teams and ensure the proper usage of the platform

Assist users in finding alternatives to automate their pricing needs

Communication:
Propose and create new marketing materials to promote the platform and new features

Ensure the information available in the platform regarding existing/new features are up to date

Client Engagement Activities: Monitor new client activity, monitor dormant clients and users and conduct reactivation campaigns

**Profile and Skills to Success**

Academic background in Engineering, Mathematics, Finance, Economics or similar areas

An overall understanding and interest in the financial world

Fluency in English

Excellent communication skills and client focus

Strong team work while being able to work autonomously

Strong analytical and problem solving skills

Ability to work under tight deadlines and organisational skills

Strong Excel knowledge

Interest in AI related projects

**About the Team**

Electronic Client Solutions (ECS) is a global team within the COO group, with teams based in London, Lisbon, New York and Singapore, ECS represents the backbone of BNP Paribas’s Electronic trading offering.

Its core function is to provide a single point of contact for Client queries for all our Electronic products and services. ECS supports Clients, Trading venues and external counterparties, is responsible for Client enablement, Client Support and vendor relationships across all our Ecommerce platforms.

ECS supports BNP PARIBAS clients on Single dealer and Multi dealer platforms in conjunction with Sales and Trading. Its responsibilities fall into three main business/product lines organised respectively into three sub-teams:
FX Cash / Options / Algos / Commodities

Fixed Income - Rates / Credit / Structured Products / Derivatives

Structured Products / Derivatives

ECS are a critical component of Electronic Business & Markets group, providing the highest level of service to our external and internal clients to position BNP Paribas as a leading provider of Electronic Markets solutions.
