About the job
The account payables and receivables coordinator is in charge of the general coordination between one capp team, the local business department and finance & tax team.
As such he will play a key role as facilitator first and second in controlling the I2P process both on the payables and the receivables side, ensuring the trustworthiness of the P&L and BS figures and being a key drivers in all resolution point that may be needed between the 3 typologies of actors : department, P&P one Capp, Finance & Tax.

Your Main Activities Are
- Manages the relationship with the business lines and functions including relevant project teams: act as a facilitator, help in resolution process on request of P&P and or the department; facilitate integration of any updates in the process manage and instruct changes in the approval matrix of invoices suppliers on request of finance and finance toward P&P contact.
- Payables responsibilities: instruct business and or P&P on specific finance request, verify the accuracy of the BS and P&L through specific control, including checking the accurate CC allocation of the invoices
- Payables responsibilities on Fixed Asset: contribute as facilitator on the proper accounting, reporting and control of fixed assets mainly implementation the necessary yearly physical inventory control with the local department and making sure all contracts data are properly available and on a timely matter for JADE and IFRS16 booking
- Receivables responsibilities: instruct business and or P&P on specific finance request, verify the accuracy of the BS and P&L through specific controls
- Monitors the permanent control framework and anticipates risk areas through the establishment, monitoring and updating of risk control processes and contributes to reliability projects and control processes

Profile and Skills to Success
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Management, Finance or any similar areas
- Up to 5 years of experience in Payables and Receivables or Financial Controls.
- Advanced level of english fluency, both oral and written
- Experience using Microsoft Office Tools, particularly Excel, Word and Powerpoint
- Attention to detail, proactivity, analytical thinking and time management skills
- Leadership and team management skills
