International Accountant

**Your new company**
Our Finance & Administration Business Line is looking for an International Accountant for its Europe Operations, to be responsible for the accounting of a group of companies.
**Your new role**:
- Manage month end closing tasks, controls, and report;
- Control and report the Inter-companies flow and perform the necessary validation monthly;
- Perform a monthly GL analysis on local COA and ensure that all postings are done on a correct and proper manner;
- Be responsible to submit company’s financial statements on the Group consolidation report tool (HFM), monthly, assuring the IFRS harmonization between Local and Group COA;
- Book closing journal entries (Journal entries and IFRS harmonization) and set-up the closing file for the auditors;
- Liaise with the AP´s department, and others internal departments, to ensure a smoothly incorporation of the process and business;
- Be responsible for Tax Computation and Returns: VAT, CIT, Income Tax, WHT, Local Tax (CVAE, Paye, F24, CIS, CET);
- Be responsible for Monthly Closing accounts and respective monthly report;
- Fulfilment of all tax obligations;
- Assets’ accounting management, data, and control;
- Be responsible and make the necessary analysis on “Invoice in reception and conference”.
**What you need to succeed**:
- Accounting Degree or similar;
- At least 5 years of experience in Accounting;
- International Accounting Standards - IFRS knowledge;
- Knowledge of International TAX;
- Experience in International activity on Services and logistics will be a plus;
- Experience in UK and Italy (or other EU countries) accountings rules will be a plus;
- Proficient in MS Office;
- English proficiency (mandatory);
- Experience on IFS ERP will be a plus;
- Availability to travel.
