We are on a steep growth curve, and are looking for a Quality & Training Manager to further develop our Customer Experience strategy.
Your Responsibilities:
- Design, implement and monitor the overall Quality Assurance framework and methodologies, while also defining the strategy to guarantee compliance across the teams.
- Consistent monitoring and action plan development in tandem with cross-functional teams related to Quality driven KPIs and platforms / channels, leveraging the available analytics.
- Understand the “voice of the customer”, analyze insights and drive initiatives to best address improvement opportunities.
- Ensure and deliver a robust Onboarding Training program to all new hires, maintaining it updated as needed.
- Develop and maintain a Continuous Training calendar and program with the necessary content based on the development of the proper TNA, in line with the business needs and requirements.
- Scope tools and methodologies to ensure detailed training programs (LMS, reporting, quizzes, delivery method) and maintaining the learning management system or platform, while leveraging analytics to evaluate business impact, track the completion and success rates and the efficiency of the learning courses.
- Monitor progress and learning processes by keeping track of engagement, project outcomes and other metrics, making sure that the right knowledge goes to the right people, at the right time, and that this information is promptly applied to business activities.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's or Graduate's Degree in business, Education, Training, HR, or related.
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Quality and Training Manager, Trainer, Quality Assurance or related field.
- Experience building and working with learning management systems (LMS), learning solutions and / or quality assurance processes.
- Great leadership, effective communication, problem-solving, coaching and teamwork skills to adequately manage competing priorities.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and analytical skills
- A confident, natural leader and problem solver with demonstrated critical thinking and collaboration skills.
- Strong command of English language and good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Nice to have: CQM / CTM certification; Six Sigma certification
