**Salesforce IT Functional Consultant (M/F/d)**

**What you will enjoy doing**
- You will support business product owners to formulate and prioritize requirements in agile and waterfall Salesforce projects
- Also, you will advise the business to jointly achieve the best fitting solution for the respective business process
- Will be part of your role build the bridge between the product owner and developers. Thus, translate requirements into functional and technical specifications in the Salesforce platform
- You will work as part of a project team or you coordinate the delivery of enhancements independently
- You will actively participate in the processes of digitization and automation of tasks, contributing to the company's evolution towards digital transformation

**What makes you great**
- You possess a degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or similar area
- You have gained at least 4 years of professional experience in a related industrial environment. Experience in IT consulting is a plus
- Also, you have a confirmed functional and technical Salesforce skills
- Furthermore you have a strong sense of the added value provided by the information system and you have a particular interest in understanding business processes
- You should be used to describe precise specifications and be closely aligned with product owners and developers until successful delivery
- Additionally, you are used to collaborate with several internal or external stakeholders to drive projects to success with your experience in agile methodologies (DevOps, Scrum,)
- Being able to work in an international and English-speaking environment is required
- Also, you are willing to travel occasionally
- You are able to collect, interpret and use data effectively, driving digital transformation

**This role is a full time position based on an unlimited contract. The standard weekly working hours will be from 08:00 hrs till 17:00 hrs.**
