We are currently looking for an exceptional Digital Operations Area Manager for North and Western Europe who will help us to drive our mission in bringing innovative experiences, data-driven thinking and digital capabilities into a constantly changing ecosystem, as part of our outsourced collaboration with The Coca-Cola Company across Europe.

**You will manage a team of Local Digital Operations in North and Western Europe by**:

- Monitoring the performance and project delivery of each team member and market
- Be the first point of contact for all team members and proactively support throughout issues
- Build and manage relationships with local marketing teams in order to provide constructive feedback to team members
- Always looking for new ways to optimise ways of working within your team and other departments in order to achieve seamless digital experience for the consumer
- Always ensuring the teams capacity and workload is monitored and distributed correctly
- Promote an organised and communicative team to enable a clear flow of information, to and from the team
- Managing the teams progression and developing their skills
- Being apart of the hiring process for new team members and working closely with the people team to attract the best talent.
- You will manage relationships with multiple stakeholders in Coca-Cola and provide reporting on capacity and updates on running projects
- Hold meetings with each team member to ensure they have the support needed to work at their best

**By effective team management you would be responsible for**:

- Managing the localization and operationalisation of digital experiences for consumers on a variety of local markets, ensuring consumer experiences are executed in the markets in the most effective way to convert to digital transactions.
- You will coordinate digital activations across a portfolio on a local market level. This includes ensuring localisation of central activations/platforms and implementing local GDPR, T&Cs and other legal requirements across all activations
- Local UAT testing of new features/platforms and bugs/issues reporting
- Day to Day Management of CRM and transactional activations
- Ensuring a networked way of working and strong collaboration with Frontline Marketing, Central Marketing, Bottler, IT, Platform Services/SL&E, PAC, Legal, and agency partners.

**Who are you?**

Above all, you are passionate about **marketing and digital experience.**You have a strong working experience (6 to 10 years) in significant marketing and digital experience, including digital commerce, digital platforms, and data-driven experiences. You have experience delivering **best in class integrated digital experiences** either working in the marketing or IT sector (either are preferred). You have experience in leading large teams in a fast paced environment with numerous stakeholders.

You have the ability to work in **agile cross-functional and cross-geographical teams and effectively collaborate with key stakeholders**. You are not afraid to get stuck in and **take ownership**, **work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.**Being a **creative problem solver** you are able to **comprehend technology with ease** and you **thrive in a fast paced and dynamic environment.**

You are confident and competent in **managing client relationships and cross country teams** in Europe. You **bring** **energy** and **passion**and you are not afraid of working autonomously while putting the team interest first.
