A Multinational MedTech, with presence in several countries, is hiring a CRM Agile Business Analyst
Your new role
**As a CRM Agile Business Analyst, you’ll be responsible for**:
- Working with the product owners align information technology systems with business operations by analyzing and developing innovative integrated software solutions within an Agile framework
- Responsible for working with the development team to ensure that the product backlog is well-groomed and contains user stories ready for development
- Accountable for facilitating sprint planning and backlog refinement sessions, as well as helping to ensure that the development team clearly understands the user stories they are working on
- Responsible for creating and maintaining any necessary documentation, such as requirements specifications and change logs
- Effectively communicate with business stakeholders and Agile delivery teams to ensure everyone is aligned and working towards the same goal
- To not need to oversee everything the team does, allowing them to make their own technical decisions
What you'll need to succeed
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a CRM Agile Business Analyst
- Experience with CRM such as MS Dynamics or other major CRM Solutions
- Knowledge of Agile Methodologies
