**Finance & Operations - Order to Cash Junior Specialist (M/F/d)**

Tenthpin are looking for an Order to Cash Specialist to join our growing team. The role will be part of an expanding, friendly and exciting Shared Services Team.

The successful applicant will be a process and detail-oriented person with natural ability to work with numbers to ensure timely and accurate submission of invoices to our clients. We are also looking for someone with good communication and English writing skills to interact with our Project Managers / Partners and Clients on that domain.

Our global consulting team provides a long-term expertise in the Life Sciences Industry and works globally with our clients. Our ambition is to become the leading business and technology consultancy that understands the unique challenges within the different industry segments in Life Sciences.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Prepare major Clients Invoices in connection with Project Managers / Partners
- Submit invoices, including in self-service billing systems (Coupa/Ariba/Fieldglass/etc.)
- Management and archiving of Clients Purchase Order and Contracts
- Support consultants onboarding and offboarding activities on Client’s systems in coordination with Project Managers / Partners
- Manage the invoice supporting database/system
- Support central Finance team for Order to Cash related month and year end activities
- Interact with local external country accountants whenever needed
- Support governance and compliance adherence specifically on Order to cash processes, but also for the whole set of internal controls
- Ad-hoc support and/or coordination for various internal management or projects activities for the global management team

**Your experience**:

- Up to 2 years of experience working with accounting and billing information systems
- Strong capabilities in MS Office (especially in Excel but also PowerPoint & Word)
- Able to manage complex spread sheets and manage the data in a consistent manner
- Experience developing and working with VBA/Macros is a plus
- Proven years of professional experience in an accounting/billing role or in an O2C shared service centre
- Experience working with reporting tools, such as PowerBI or similar reporting tools
- Experience managing and maintaining Databases is advantageous
- Excellent English communication skills written and spoken
- Structured work approach and attention to detail
- High organizational skills and flexibility
- Customer service mindset
- Able to work with absolute confidentiality about personnel, financial and other company information with internal employees or external agencies
- Self-starter, highly motivated and experienced to work with remote teams across the globe
