**About the job** - Within the CIB ITO Client Management Due Diligence of BNP Paribas CIB, Global Production and Quality Monitoring Officer’s objective is to perform the global quality monitoring activity related to the KYC (Know Your Client) Update and RM (Relationship Manager) Management Allocation in line with the different CIB KYC Procedure. - The team based in Paris and the future team in Lisbon must work closely with the Due Diligence teams across the world and with the Coverage / Business representatives in order to update accurately KYC Tools and to check and correct any issues about the SBO allocation process. - Some of our key tasks are: RM Amend and Portfolio Review, KYC Updates Activity Checks, Recertification Team Amendments, Relationship Manager Updates, Flag’s Switch, Final Risk Score, Level Amendments, Reactivations, Off-boardings **Your Main Activities Are** - Global updates (Blocked/Restricted requests monitoring, KYC status & Recertification teams updates & Bulk updates requests) - Allocated SBO management and monitoring in GCARS / Valid recertification scope allocation - Manage the generic inbox and participates to the daily whiteboards and team meeting - Provide regular visibility on the performed activity - Escalate issues timely with a proposal of solution **Profile and Skills to Success** - Academic Degree in Law, Economics or Finance Accounting - Professional experience in Due Diligence or Anti-Money Laundering - desirable - Familiar with Lean / Six Sigma principles - desirable - Fluency in English - mandatory - Great analytical skills - Proficient with MS Office tools - Able to work under pressure LI-Hybrid **Why joining BNP Paribas?** - **Leading banking institution** BNP Paribas is a leader in the Eurozone, and a prominent international banking institution with strong roots in Europe's banking history.
