As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented and passionate Low-Code Automation Specialist to join our team and help clients maximize success.

Position Overview:
We are looking for a knowledgeable and solution-oriented low-code / no code Automation Specialist to consult and support our clients in optimizing their business processes and business requirements. You will work closely with diverse clients, leveraging low-code/no-code platforms and SaaS tools to deliver tailored automation solutions that improve efficiency and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- You understand customer requirements (gathering, analyzing, and clarifying the specific needs, goals, and challenges that customers have)
- You don’t just implement requirements as given - you think ahead and define optimal solutions and processes independently instead of simply following instructions.
- You have a strong understanding of business processes and can identify opportunities to improve efficiency through automation.
- Ideally, you have experience with modern SaaS tools like Smartlead, OpenAI, HubSpot, Lemlist, Clay or similar and know how to integrate them into automation solutions.
- You have strong analytical thinking and approach challenges with a structured problem-solving mindset.
- You can clearly communicate complex topics and enjoy working closely with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions.
- A proactive and responsible working style completes your profile - you take ownership of your projects and drive them forward independently.
- Must have strong written and spoken English skills.
