FINANCE ANALYST (JOB NUMBER: 2202WEMA9815) **About the job** The position of Finance Analyst is available within PIMH (Portugal International Markets Hub) based in Lisbon and will contribute to the Wealth Management (WM) business line with the general accounting management Wealth Management Finance Department is organized around two poles: Reporting, Control, Projects & Systems (RCPS) and Performance Management (PM) and two locations, Paris and Lisbon, with the same organization and acting as one single team With a hierarchical Manager in Lisbon, the Finance Analyst will also have strong functional relation with the Head of WM Finance Reporting, Control, Projects and System based in Paris **Your Main Activities Are** Accounting activities: - IT projects’ costs: - Receive project advancement information and accruals from Management Control team regarding IT projects - Perform the appropriate controls to the information sent by Management control and send to book in the accounting system some financial elements about IT projects per site (accrued invoices, prepaid expenses and VAT,) - Perform reconciliation and analysis on the figures - Head Office costs: - Produce monthly and upon request extracts of expenses by cost center, including details on invoice payments to be sent to each cost center owner - Quarterly request to each cost owner of accrued invoices - Send the accounting bookings of accrued invoices to One Capp Team and perform the respective controls - Perform reconciliation and analysis on the accounting figures Accounting Applications support: - One Capp and Next Local Administrator - Point of contact of Wealth Management entity for all issues and users support related to the OneCapp or Next tool - Creation and management of habiliations - Access rights for user with approval rights - Access rights request for regular users - Tool Utilization Support - Investigate workflow status of invoices, etc. - Stock of Invoices Analysis for the main contributors - Request the creation of project codes - Orphan documents managements - Local One Capp support desk - Local Concur Next support desk **Profile and Skills to Success** - Bachelor or Master’s degree in Accounting - Minimum 5 years’ experience - Strong knowledge of accounting standards - Fluent in English (mandatory) and French will be a plus - Experienced in MS Excel (mandatory) and remaining office tools - Fast learner - Strong critical thinking, problem solving and efficient communication skills - Initiative and proactivity - Able to work in an evolving environment - Team player with strong interpersonal skills **Why joining BNP Paribas?** - Leading banking institution BNP Paribas is a leader in the Eurozone, and a prominent international banking institution with strong roots in Europe's banking history.
