Pizzaiolo From Suecia + Accommodation and Meals

We are a group of hotels and restaurants in Sweden and we are looking for pizza chefs(Pizzaiolo) for our pizzeria located in our Resort in Tänndalen. Its main function is the elaboration of Roman Pizzas and the conservation of food. according to the guidelines of the kitchen managers. You must carry out the operations handling, start-up and preparation of the recipes according to the technical data sheets of the plates. Specific functions of the position: - Ensure the quality of the food offered. - Keep your work area clean and tidy. - Perform all necessary food preparation. - Season, prepare and cook the pizzas on the menu as established in the technical sheets. - Storage of goods according to their degree of conservation and characteristics. - Experience in opening pizza dough. - Helps keep the kitchen clean (floors, equipment, tables, etc.). - Help those responsible to control the losses and costs of the department. - Complies with health and safety regulations. Comply with the image and cleanliness standards established by the company (personal cleanliness and uniform). It is important that you can communicate with others in English.
