Global Citizen Solutions is a multidisciplinary firm offering bespoke residency and citizenship by investment solutions in nine countries across Europe and the Caribbean.

We collaborate with specialist partners in the areas of wealth management, relocation, legal and tax affairs and concierge services.

We are looking for a marketing manager to oversee the planning, and development of all marketing aspects related to a **real estate portal**.

**#ABOUTTHEJOB**
- Plan and oversee the **creative direction** including branding, content, marketing, and sales collateral of the site.
- Work closely with the SEO and Customer Success team to understand FAQs from prospects and customers to create fresh, relevant, and value-adding content (eg: Case Studies).
- Plan and oversee the **creation of marketing assets** including flyers, websites, and social channels.
- Help develop nurturing funnels for inbound leads to convert into sales opportunities.
- Analyze, measure, and report performance of marketing campaigns, and assess goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Create and implement the communication strategy.

**#ABOUTYOU**
- 4 years + Digital marketing experience, Real Estate Marketing is a plus.
- Have a perfect command of spoken and written English.
- Have project management experience and be able to deal with other marketing assets in the team
- Be organized and a team player.
- Experience in Lead Generation and Marketing Automation (Pardot and Salesforce would be a plus).
- Experience in building and optimizing landing pages and lead funnels.
- A keen eye and ability to work with a variety of tools and software.
