**What you’ll do**:
Level 1 and Level 2 support tickets - globally
Handle the onboarding/off-boarding tasks
Be the point of contact for Suppliers and support MANTA locally on making the best deals
Support the Global IT Manager at a global scale in implementing projects that will bring more efficiency to the Internal IT unit
Support the New Office fit-out project from an IT infrastructure perspective
Onboarding and off-boarding

**User Account Administration**: Add/Delete/Change user accounts for all systems in use by users
End user support on all software and hardware (laptops, desktops)
Create, Assign and Close tickets, train users on operation and monitor the queue consistently
Maintain documents for IT, including matrices, equipment lists and others

**Software Support**: troubleshooting, install, remove, delete and configure software

**Hardware Support**: troubleshooting, effect warranty repairs, reimage or repair as needed
Project collaboration

**Who you are**:
1-2 years experience in the IT field
Pro-active and curious to learn
Organized and with good time management
Experience in end-user support and ticket tools
You enjoy having direct contact with people
You have a friendly appearance in customer service
You have basic network knowledge
Experience in Windows and Mac OS is desired
