As a Training Development Trainee, you will work closely with the Topic Matter Expert regarding material collection and selection and the **instructional design of training content.**

In your new role, you will:

- Be responsible for the **correctness, completeness, and consistency of training material;**:

- Be responsible for **storyboard development creation;**:

- **Communicate **directly with our customers and create long-lasting relationships;
- Work with **e-learning and multimedia authoring tools;**:

- Be responsible for the **audio synchronization;**:

- Perform consistent **quality checks regarding fulfillment of training material **standards and user-friendliness;
- Ensure **compliance with Infineon design and brand guidelines **.

You have the passion to develop new and creative didactical ideas to transfer knowledge to others. You have a proactive personality and strong attention to detail. Besides, you are a fast learner, eager to develop your knowledge and work in collaboration with your team.

You are best equipped for this task if you:

- Have a degree in **Education **, **Languages **, **Communication, Instructional Design, Multimedia **, or equivalent fields;
- Feel comfortable using **PowerPoint **and have **experience or willingness to learn how to use authoring tools **to develop training materials **;
- Are curious **about new topics **and enjoy **sharing simple and engaging knowledge with others **;
- Having previous experience in **training, communication, and design development **would be a plus;
- Are fluent in **English **(mandatory). Knowledge of German is a plus.
