**PPM Coachers is recruiting for the position Project Manager - AI Chatbot**

**Your mission**:

- Develop an AI-based coaching chatbot (2 use cases) and deploy it to a maximum of 2 markets.
- Ensure that the infrastructure of this AI-based project is easily scalable considering integration with a local frontend solution (Yalo, Gupshup).
- Develop 3 additional use cases.
- Develop a detailed plan to track and monitor project progress and implement activities.
- Create and maintain comprehensive design documentation following MSE standards.
- Monitor project progress to ensure deadlines are met.
- Cooperate and follow up with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth and on-time product development and launch.
- Identify and resolve problems that arise.
- Report and escalate to senior management as and when necessary.
- Prepare regular project reports.
- Conduct meetings and calls for activities related to the project.
- Carry out project performance evaluation.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in computer science (business) or other degree program with a focus on information technology;
- **Minimum 2 years experience with AI and ChatBot. (mandatory)**:

- Strong project management skills.
- Time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Problem-solving attitude.
- Open mindset and “can do” attitude.
- Knowledge of implementation tasks such as site deliveries, installation, acceptance

- **English C1|C2 - (mandatory)**
