We are currently looking for **SCRUM MASTER ** with a excelent English Level, for a remote model, with the possibility to became hibrid.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach or Agile Delivery Lead
- Scrum Master certified
- Agile principles & Agile frameworks (good understanding of Scrum, XP, Kanban)
- Agile Estimating & Planning
- Scrum ceremonies and artifacts
- Agile Practices related to Software Engineering:Automated Testing techniques

Continuous Integration & Continuous Deployment
Test Driven Development
- Metrics:Velocity vs Productivity
- Tools: Jira/Confluence
- Support the Product Owner for effective product backlog management, understand product planning in a given environment, ensure the PO arranges his/her backlog in a way that maximizes the delivery of value
- Identify and proactively remove impediments, be they technical, organizational or people related
- Act as an internal coach to the team, leading them to become fully agile, self-organized and to be at their best
- Experience in development (valued)
- Great communication, analysis and listening skills
- Software Craftsmanship’s
- Great team spirit, independency, pleasant attitude, great openness, and curiosity to learn
