They are currently looking to strengthen their team with a **Digital Marketing Assistant** (M/F) for their office located in **Agualva-Cacém, Sintra.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Development of affiliate program newsletters (Full Creation and Implementation, Analysis, and improvement of Open Rate and Click Rate).
- Development of affiliate campaigns with the goal of sustainable program growth.
- Creation and analysis of A/B tests with criteria and a proactive spirit.
- Collaboration with content and design teams for creative asset development.
- Proactively identify opportunities for campaign improvement and scalability.
- Detection and development of best practices in Influencer Marketing, based on market trend monitoring.

**Ideal Profile**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Practical experience of at least 1 year in marketing management.
- Proactive and eager to learn.
- Exceptional data analysis and interpretation skills.
- **Fluent in Portuguese and in English (mandatory)**:

- Advanced knowledge and practice of Excel (PowerBI and other tools are a plus).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in dynamic and high-activity environments.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- **Available immediately and to work on-site in Agualva-Cacém, Sintra**
