It is present on many European markets, Portugal included. **About the project**: Provide services for a gaming brand known for its popular video game consoles. It offers a vast library of games, both exclusive titles and third-party releases, and supports online gaming. It also includes other services which provide online multiplayer access, free games, and other benefits for the subscribers. **Your Responsibilities**: - Professional technical support service; - Support in using products, installing and synchronizing software and devices; - Effective assistance and advice when purchasing products; **Requirements**: - Fluent German (at least at level C1) - Communicative level of English language ( at least B2) - You live in Lisbon or you are ready to relocate - Ability to communicate clearly and effectively **What you will gain**: - Full time contract - Salary without accommodation: 1612 euros gross / month - Salary with accommodation (room in shared apartment with bills included): 1243 euros gross / month - Productivity bonus included above: up to 100 euros gross / month - Public and Private health insurance provided by the employer - The first contract for 6 months, with the possibility of signing a permanent one after 2 years (or renewing the previous one). **IF YOU ARE MOVING FROM ABROAD - relocation package**: - Airport pick-up and administrative assistance with your registration in Portugal; - Refund of the flight expenses after 9 months after the 1st day of hiring; - Accommodation in the city - discounted from the salary - then salary would be 1030 euros gross - Integration activities: Portuguese lessons, sports and other opportunities for integration Note: EU citizenship or full working rights are required ?PORhd< Pay: 1,240.00€ - 1,612.00€ per month Application Question(s): - When you can start working? **Language**: - German (required) - English (required)
