FACILITIES MANAGER | UNCERTAIN FIXED TERM (JOB NUMBER: 2303CBO14313) **About the job** - The Business Management Officer supports in the management of a group of teams, in all topics requiring transversal coordination or consolidation of information such as, for example, HR, Facilities, Finance or community management **Your Main Activities Are** - Support the leadership of the scope on their daily activities or projects - Perform research and actively support ongoing transversal projects and initiatives - Support to the deliverables and processes on Finance, HR, Operational Permanent Control, Business Continuity, Management, and other related to the management of a department within BNP Paribas - Develop and own data models, for example in Excel, SharePoint etc., with the purpose of consolidating data, analysing them and reporting them in a structured and articulated way to support and inform business decisions.
