As a JMP you will **shape** the manufacturing of the future of the Bosch Group;
You drive the digitization of production, support Industry 4.0 projects and develop digital solutions for internal production or external customers;
Together with us, you lay the foundation for your future as a **leader**;
Influencing existing processes and thus achieving challenging, entrepreneurial, and meaningful goals;
Design your program stations in agile product areas, classic line organizations or even commercial collateral areas;
Get to know Bosch during a stage abroad (international assignment);
Complement your practical experience with a variety of learning and training methods;
Benefit from the network and experience of your personal mentor at high management level.

**Personality**:
You have a soft spot for manufacturing technology;
Your aim is to inspire other people;
You have concrete positive leadership experiences, like social engagement projects, voluntary work, university figure roles, public speaking experiences, start-up or entrepreneurship experience;
You consider courage, openness, tolerance and mindfulness as desirable attitudes.
**Background**:
You have completed your master's or diploma degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, production technology, industrial engineering;
Maybe you already have a PhD or first professional experience (no more than 3years fulltime work experience);
Your focus is on topics such as lean production, quality management, automation, digitization and artificial intelligence.
**Experience and know-how**:
You have preferably international experience and have gained practical experience through relevant industrial internships, also in medium-sized companies or start-ups.;
You are proficient in Portuguese and English.
