PROJECT MANAGEMENT TEAM LEADER (JOB NUMBER: 2305GMOCM15114) **About the job** - Project Management Team Leader's mission is to coordinate, guide and supervise various project support team members and project managers in order to ensure the successful projects´ implementation and to promote the continuous improvement of the project management methodologies and associated tools and techniques **Your Main Activities Are** - Monitor team’s activities and KPIs in order to ensure the quality of project delivery aligned with clients’ expectations and internal policies - Identify team members' training and development opportunities, provide coaching to the members of the team, and contribute directly to their performance - Propose staff allocation to projects based on resources skills and availability, and support initial onboarding with internal clients or departments - Enhance team involvement on transversal topics related to project management, encourage learning between project teams and inspire strong business acumen - Develop and enhance the current processes & Project Management practices, proposing improvements to better serve internal clients - Guide and support the team to deliver innovative and impactful projects with a strong focus on the specificities and business needs - Team management, evaluation, recruitment, training plan and employee evolution, ensuring the expertise and the team polyvalence **Profile and Skills to Success** - Master’s degree in Business Management / Project Management and/or Engeneering - At least 4 years of experience in Project Management - Advanced level of English, both written and oral - Knowledge in MS Office Pack (Excel and Powerpoint) - Personal impact / ability to influence - Ability to deliver / results driven - Organisational skills - Ability to manage a project - Ability to understand, explain and support change LI-Hybrid **Why joining BNP Paribas?** - ** Leading banking institution** BNP Paribas is a leader in the Eurozone, and a prominent international banking institution with strong roots in Europe's banking history.
