Product Manager

We are looking for a Product Manager to join our passionate team, committed to transforming the digital learning experience. **Vue School** aims to help the Vue.js community and framework grow, through in-depth, relevant, and expertly created content. Vue School also focuses on a number of developer events throughout the year, including Nuxt Nation, Vue.js Nation, and Vue.js forge, the first of its kind. Currently planning additional products and services, Vue School supports the Vue community by extending offerings aimed at connecting people around the world to knowledge share and collaborate.

Please note that we are looking for someone located within a 2-3 hours time difference from the CET time zone to ensure timely feedback and comfortable working hours for everyone.

Salary Band: 35 - 40k USD

**Core Duties and Responsibilities**
- Understand Vue School’s goals and use cases for its products, features, services, and offerings.
- Work with Management to understand and champion the long-term vision for Vue School’s products and services to define growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with Business, Marketing, and Development to support on-time delivery.
- Work with internal and external contacts to analyze needs and align product roadmap to strategic goals.
- Contribute to the designing and building of innovative products, modules, and features.
- Understanding customer/ user needs and measuring outcomes.
- Manage product delivery processes for optimized delivery.
- Document requirements and tasks to drive product delivery.
- Own the product roadmap.
- Collaborate with the design team to align deliverables required to meet product delivery.
- Identify enhancements and new areas/ways the products and services can evolve.
- Support the implementation and roll-out of enhancements and new products and services.
- Coordinate design implementation of product features, with an eye on usability and intuitiveness, while maintaining sound development principles.
- Efficiently action and resolve any issues that occur.

- Passion for web development and user experience design principles.
- Experience with front-end web development and implementation of navigation and UI elements.
- Interest in giving and receiving feedback with the goal of constantly improving products and services.
- Passion for learning and engaging in new initiatives and ideas.
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, team orientated.
- Strong execution skills, and ability to work with a high degree of autonomy.
- Solid understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and/or web technologies.
- Demonstrated competency in relevant technologies and digital design principles in order to drive innovative solutions.
- Superior problem-solving, data, and analytical skills including the ability to define and decompose product KPIs and metrics.

**Salary**: 35,785.00€ - 40,897.00€ per year
