**Accounts Receivable Administrator Trainee Europe Central**:
Essity is a Global Hygiene and Health company that develops, produces, and sells Personal Care, Consumer Tissue, and Professional Hygiene products.

We are currently looking for an Intern who will join our Account Receivable Administrator Team in Lisbon.

**About the role**:
As an Account Receivable Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in financial operations within our Business Shared Service Centre.

You’ll work closely with the Account Receivable team, assisting in various tasks related to invoicing, collections, and financial reporting.

**What you will do**:

- Work with various team members and departments to contribute to ongoing projects incl. participation in brainstorming sessions, research, and analysis.
- Conduct research on specific topics incl. gathering data, analyzing trends, and providing insights.
- Support to create and maintain reports, presentations, and other documentation.
- Observe and learn from experienced professionals through shadowing colleagues to gain insights into day-to-day tasks and industry practices.
- Attend meetings and workshops to engage in discussions and take minutes and notes.

**Who you are**:

- You have a Diploma or Degree (or you are studying) Business administration, finance, accounting or related field
- You are fluent in English both spoken and written, a good Knowledge of any other European language will be considered a strong plus.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Desirable experience in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Eagerness to learn and contribute to a dynamic work environment.

**Duration**:This internship is a 12-month full time position. We offer a supportive learning environment and opportunities for growth in addition to a competitive salary.
