A **Nortempo Seleção** encontra-se atualmente em processo de recrutamento para a posição de **Operational Resilience Officer (Risk Management)**para a área financeira de um cliente de renome situado no **Porto**ou** Lisboa**.
**Descrição**:
- Identificação e mitigação de riscos operacionais em diferentes áreas do negócio;
- Desenvolvimento e manutenção de planos de continuidade de negócio (BCP);
- Realização de análises de impacto (BIA);
- Definição e melhoria de procedimentos internos para reforçar a resiliência;
- Gestão e reporte de incidentes;
- Colaboração transversal com equipas internas e promoção da cultura de risco.
**Requisitos**:
- Licenciatura em Gestão, Economia, Engenharia ou áreas similares;
- Experiência em gestão de risco operacional ou continuidade de negócio (obrigatório);
- Conhecimentos em frameworks e normas como ISO 22301, COSO, COBIT ou DORA (preferencial);
- Inglês fluente (obrigatório);
- Boa capacidade analítica, organização, autonomia e comunicação;
- Valorizada experiência em ambiente bancário, multinacional ou de auditoria.
**Oferta**:
- Contrato celebrado diretamente com a empresa cliente;
- Remuneração conforme a experiência demonstrada;
- Salário Base (14 meses) + SA (12€) + Pacote de Benefícios;
