- partner with hiring managers to identify key needs and requirements
- give inputs and ideas to the team

**For that, you must**:

- be people-driven
- have some experience in recruitment (it's not mandatory, max. 2 years)
- face obstacles with assertiveness and resilience

- ability to communicate in English
- able to go to the office in Carnaxide full presencial
