Vertente Humana is currently recruiting NORWEGIAN speakers for a renowned company located in Porto.
Our client is a global multinational customer experience specialist providing consulting, customer service, sales, technical support and collections services through their extensive network of contact centers and remote agents.
**- Main responsibilities**:
- Identification of needs;
- Clarify doubts or questions related to the electronic device (Diabetes)
- Treatment of symptoms;
- Back-office tasks.
**- What we are looking for**:
- Fluency in Norwegian level C1 (Eliminatory);
- Fluency in English, level B1/B2 (mandatory);
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Good computer skills from the user's perspective (mandatory);
- Ability to organize and prioritize;
- Ability to work flexibly to business needs and under pressure;
- Reside within a 30 km radius of Greater Porto.

**- Work schedule**:
- Availability to work Monday to Sunday (24/7)
- The schedules are rotating fortnightly;
