We are looking for a **Business Transformation Analyst** who is equal parts business strategy, operational improvement, and project management. Reporting to the Business and Data Transformation Director, you will have end-to-end ownership of cross-functional internal consulting projects from strategy to execution and change management.

**You**:
**Your Day to Day**:

- Partner with business leaders and their teams across departments (e.g. such as Finance, Marketing, Legal, People, Sales, and Customer Success) to identify opportunities for streamlining business processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, define, and document business requirements for process improvements.
- Develop and recommend innovative solutions to address identified process gaps and bottlenecks and work with business and technical teams to ensure its implementation and adoption.
- Facilitate change management efforts by providing insights, training, and support to stakeholders affected by process improvements.
- Create and maintain processes' documentation and other enablement materials to ensure the successful adoption of new business processes.

**You Have & You Know-how**:

- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Management, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in management consulting, business operations, continuous improvement, or equivalent experience.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to understand and define business challenges.
- Proven experience in driving projects end to end: from problem statement to solution design and implementation.
- Knowledge of project management and process analysis best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in a high-growth tech SaaS company is a plus.
- Experience with knowledge management tools (e.g. Confluence) and best practices is a plus.
- Experience with process automation tools and technologies is a plus.
