RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Contributes to technical account management and communications as well as customer satisfaction and implementation success.
- The Project Manager Role is a lead consultant role which provides the employee with responsibility for successful delivery in specific customer engagements.
- Responsible for timely deliverables, project staffing, and overall satisfaction of the customer. In this role, the Project Manager must become intimate with all concerns that the customer faces with regards to the overall success of the implementation.
- Must understand software implementation best practices as well as be extremely knowledgeable about the technology and architecture.
- Manage complex implementation, integration, enhancement, or audit projects
- Define production consulting scope, proposals, service engagements, and demand creation
- Manage and mentor Consultants assigned to a project
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- At least a bachelor’s or equivalent degree in a business, technical or related field is preferred
- 10 years of Management Experience
- Understanding of core Business Intelligence (BI)/data warehousing technology, in Microsoft and/or SAP areas
- Business Intelligence development experience and programming experience; Web/Internet experience.
- Good knowledge of Spanish (mandatory), Portuguese and/or English (preferred).
- Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies and business requirements
- Timely delivery of all projects related deliverables
- Ability to position additional products and services into existing accounts
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with implementation methodologies
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral
- Ability to build and deliver presentations to all levels of the business and effectively explain complex issues and concepts in simple, understandable language
- Ability to mentor and lead a team of consultants
- Ability to work under mínimal supervision
- Proven customer satisfaction abilities
