**As a French-speaking Customer Advisor, You will**:

- Be the first point of contact for French-speaking customers
- **Support the after-sales process, including the management of online orders and refunds**:

- Manage and escalate complaints when necessary
- Respond to customer queries and resolve their doubts
- Offer suggestive sales and cross-sells when appropriate

**Competitive Salary and Compensation System**:

- **€900 gross x 14 months**(It's €1050 gross x 12 months) - base salary
- **€45 / month** - fixed project bonus
- **Up to €100 gross performance bonus**:

- **€7.23 net/day - meal voucher**- issued as a prepaid card
- **€20/month** - transport subsidy
