**What you'll do**:

- You will be responsible to implement the trade marketing plan and determine the promotional program to support the sales growth. You propose and evaluate ideas for new marketing campaigns and determines their validity based on budgeting concerns and potential for success.
- You will manage and oversee the trade marketing spends for running new campaigns and maintaining existing campaigns. You also manage the PoS costs and ROI.
- You will initiate and manage the creation of PoS material and marketing tools. Ensure the updating of catalogs, product sheets, prices and sales arguments and presentations of new products to sales and logistics teams.
- You will be responsible for creating and analyzing the performance of marketing campaigns using data analytics to organize and interpret campaign data.
- You will set-up and visualizes marketing metrics and compile this data in an easy-to-understand way.

**Who we're looking for**:

- You have a Bachelor’s Degree and ideally first trade marketing or marketing experience
- You are a great communicator - strong written and oral communication skills both in English and German
- You have strong analytical skills including experience reviewing performance results and making recommendations for future actions
- You are dynamic, motivating, and entrepreneurial minded with an internal drive to continuously hit goals and deadlines with a curiosity and desire to learn
- You have exceptional organizational and project management skills, the ability to manage multiple projects, to meet deadlines and strong attention to detail
- You have proficient skills in MS Office including Word and Excel and PowerPoint
- You are very comfortable with continuously changing opportunities and priorities
- You are a team player with ability to work cross-functionally
