ROLE:
Develop and oversee the Annual Learning & Development Framework

Coordinate all forms of training programs (onsite, online, blended)

Manage the e-learning ecosystem and ensure efficient data tracking

Produce, update, and audit training documentation and materials

Organize corporate events, team-building initiatives, and engagement programs

Support onboarding, performance evaluation, career pathways, and succession plans

Ensure regulatory compliance with all L&D-related legislation

Review KPIs and deliver strategic recommendations for improvement

Provide expert guidance on talent development to leaders and staff

QUALIFICATIONS:
Academic background in HR, Psychology, Management, or related disciplines

3-5 years’ experience in L&D, Talent Development, or HR strategy

Demonstrated expertise in training design and organizational development

Strong planning, strategic, and analytical capabilities

Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and facilitation skills

Results-focused, proactive, and collaborative working style

Ability to build strong relationships across organizational levels
