**The Position**

We are looking for an Events Management Trainee to support the sales force in Portugal and UK in all compliance matters related with events managements, specifically in:
**Responsibilities**

**Sales & Project Support**
- Support the planning and execution of sales events, including coordination with agencies and suppliers, managing timelines, budgets, logistics, materials, and follow-up tasks. Ensure all events are aligned with brand strategy and fully compliant with internal procedures and local regulations.
- Help monitor sales activities and materials in accordance with local regulations, supporting the team with administrative tasks related to Infarmed’s reporting requirements.
- Participate in the organization of internal meetings and company initiatives, ensuring smooth coordination and preparation of supporting materials.
- Provide general administrative support, including assistance with purchase orders (POs), Non-POs, and processing of credit card transactions.
- Support the distribution and management of marketing materials to the sales team.

**Documentation & Filing**
- General support in:_
- Organizing and maintaining both physical and digital files to ensure documents are secure, well-organized, and easy to find.
- Helping prepare, edit, and file contracts, forms, and other documents, making sure they are accurate and meet company standards.
- Assisting teams in keeping records up to date and in line with company policies and rules.

**Required Education, Experience, and Skills**
- Degree (superior or technical) in Executive or Administrative Assistant, Pharma, Life Sciences or similar
- Proficiency in English
- Strong communication skills (both written and spoken);
- Excellence in time and priorities management;
- Problem solving mindset, being dynamic and proactive in proposing solutions
- Analytical skills with focus on details
- Ability to work in a collaborative environment, in a team/cross-functional environment.
- Promote Organon culture and be an example of Organon values.

**Preferred Education, Experience, and Skills**
- 1 Year of work experience - preferred
- Veeva CRM knowledge - preferred;
- SAP knowledge - preferred;
- Knowledge on compliance standards related with pharma industry is a plus.
